Plymouth REIT Increases Quarterly Common Stock Dividend by 4.8% and Declares Dividend for the First Quarter of 2022

BOSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Plymouth Industrial REIT, Inc. (NYSE: PLYM) (the “Company”) today announced that its board of directors has declared a 4.8% increase in the Company’s regular quarterly cash dividend to $0.22 per share of common stock, effective for the first quarter of 2022. The dividend, which equates to an annualized rate of $0.88 per common share, is payable on April 29, 2022, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on March 31, 2022.
